WINTER
Experience the wonderful winter sports region Sellraintal. Whether you like skiing, cross-country skiing, ice climbing, tobogganing or ski touring.
The nearby Kühtai ski area is an eldorado for skiers, cross-country skiers, touring hikers, snowshoe hikers and also for apres ski the rustic huts invite for a nightcap.
After skiing, tobogganing, cross-country skiing and the strenuous winter sports, you can relax in our sauna or infrared cabin.
Weekly (Mon + Thu) free of charge otherwise available at any time for a fee!
Even an illuminated toboggan run on the Gleirschalm goes directly from the house.
We have beautifully prepared winter hiking trails in the village which invite you to walk and enjoy nature.
SKIING
It is a 10-minute drive from the famous winter sports resort of Kühtai. The base stations of the lifts are already above 2000 meters, i. There is absolute snow security.
The ski resort Kühtai offers ideal conditions for families, there are special facilities for beginners, such as. Babylift and Wunderteppich, right up to the state-of-the-art detachable 4-seater chairlifts with weather protection hoods.

NIGHT SKIING
The nights are unusually bright in Kühtai. 10,000 volts make it possible. Night skiing is the offer of an extended ski day.
SLEDGING
In the village of St. Sigmund we have directly from our house an illuminated toboggan run on the also popular with locals Gleirschalm. After about 25 minutes walking time and good culinary stop you can use the toboggan run for pure sled fun.
SUMMER
Hiking, mountaineering, climbing, Nordic walking and much more. We wish you play! Alpine festivals and free guided hikes are offered by the tourist office.
For seasoned mountain bikers there are in Oberperfuss a designated route and we are the forest or alpine trails.
In the house we have barbecue facilities in the garden and board games are available as a bad weather program.
Our area is an Eldorado for climbers mountaineers hikers and nature lovers.
ROCKCLIMBING
A special highlight for enduring climbers is the Sellraintaler Höhenwanderweg. It leads on the sunny side of the Sellraintales from the Zirmbachalm (below Kühtai) to Oberperfuss.
MOUNTAINBIKING
Numerous mountains and hikes from easy to difficult can be reached directly from the accommodation.
With our post buses you can travel to Innsbruck for free to explore the Alpine town with its sights and shops.
